Gunsmith with experience on High Standatds in So Cal Empty Gunsmith with experience on High Standatds in So Cal

I am new to this forum and Bullseye Shooting as well and was wondering if I could get any input on a good gunsmith in Southern California who works on High Standards. I have a 35 year old Victor I would like to get the recoil and firing pin springs replaced. I have the springs.
