SSUSA Dry fire article

SSUSA recently published an article from Dave Lange of the Zero/Lapua pistol team titled "Dry Fire Techniques for Bullseye Pistol". Nothing revolutionary, but good reading nonetheless.

From the article: 

 “When you dry fire, check your stance, maintain a constant grip, focus on the dot or front sight, maintain sight alignment and breathe properly, just as you would during live fire.”


And that is a fundamental shot process.  Add trigger and follow through which is what dry firing trains.
