Does different rated recoil springs affect group size?  I am asking in reference to a Ruger 22.  I am not sure but if I had to guess I would say yes.  What does everyone else think?

Recoil springs typically won't have much affect on accuracy, more for reliability. Tune the gun with springs and ammo.

As a follow up I found some ultra slow motion videos of a Mk II being fired and it seems that a round is out of the barrel before the bolt gets to the back.  Zanemoseley, you are right.  Thanks.
