Here is the video on how to replace the open sights with scope rail on new 2019 MG2 EVO.
The rail is low profile, has three points of contact for stability.

Looks like a very well thought out rail system. Now not a huge fan of the color.

No the MG4 uses a different hole pattern location for mounting the rail; full length of the top rail/receiver. I'm having MG4 rails fabricated now for future sale. They are removable without removing the optic and retain ZERO very close!
