BME Mount Mounting procedure Empty BME Mount Mounting procedure

Anybody have the procedure for mounting this mount on my S&W 52-2? There's 6 setscrews, and probably a correct sequence in tightening them, along with thread lock on some, but not others. Recommended torque data would be nice too!
BME is sending instructions by snailmail, but I need this gun for a match this weekend.
