Have you tried loading Tournament?  A copy is available here: https://www.bullseyeforum.net/t8219-john-dreyer-s-tournament-match-director-software
It works on my Dell.  You do need Excel to make it work.

Stat Office 7 will run on new versions of Excel as well.
