Trying to edit my post

I've been editing my post in the "Commercial Row" but have been unsuccessful in bringing the post to the top of the section. After making the changes, lowered price, the post states I've been successful. but I don't see it. Is there a problem with the format or me?

Editing will not bring it to the top.

The topic needs a reply to bring it to the top again. 

Just reply to your post stating "price lowered" or whatever and it will head to the top of the list again.
