Ultradot phone contact

I've been trying to talk to Ultradot all week but no one answers the phone or returns my call.  Have you guys been able to speak to them?

thats the number I've called every day this week

I sent in a dot for repair last week. I called the number 805-646-2380 and talked to Katie, a very nice lady. I have two other numbers, 866-473-3368 (work) and 916-293-9856 (support). The 805 should work, it rang a few rings before she answered.
