What's up with the cookies?

Every time I sign in I have to answer whether or not I want my private info sold given the choice to decline the sale.
When I decline I have problems signing in. What is up with that?
Also there is a tab that is in the lower right corner that blocks seeing the whole screen. This tab says do not sell.

Anyone else have problems logging into this web site since they changed the cookie policy? I selected do not sell my info and have to play around with the sign in button for several minutes before it accepts my sign in.

Don't know anything about a cookie policy.

Nope, nothing

Only issue is defaulting away from desktop format

Sign in then hit the cookie tab. It willow you to decline.
