Left Hand Grip options Air Venturi AV-46M

Hello All,
             Just wondering if anybody knows where I can get replacement grips for my Air Venturi AV-46M. I don't think, from what I understand, that the variety of old IZH-46M grips fit, but I could be wrong!

Call Air Venturi at 216-292-5270 and talk to Stacey. She has access to Pyramyd Air inventory that is not shown on their website. I recently bought the red/black AV grip to use on my Baikal 46M and it fit fine. I paid $100 plus shipping.

Thank you all for your kind responses and advice. Went with Andrew at Precision Target Grips for my AV-46M. 

Also found out from Neurologist today, that I have Ulnar Nerve damage at the elbow, hence the with to Left Handedness.
