Midway has TAC-22

Just noticed that Midway must have got a new batch of TAC-22 in stock. It seems to stay on the shelf for awhile.

I am seeing a lot of the mid level eley coming into stock... Eley Edge and Club.  Eley makes their ammo on the same machines they make tenex and match on.  Basically... as the machine wears out and the tolerances start to give out, they test each batch and as it degrades, they market it as lower grade ammo.

Graf also has the SK Rifle match and Eley target in stock now.

Champions choice has SK Pistol match for 7.25 a box.

Over the weekend I stopped at a number of large and small gun shops in Va, NC and SC.  There was more .22 LR in stock than similiar trips earlier this year.  Small amounts of Eley were available, but limited to two 50 rd boxes per customer.  No CCI of any kind.  I asked about CCI Std Vel and was told by one young employee at a LGS that they get one or two cases per weekly shipment, but an employee buys it and resells it at gun shows.

I got my order of SK Magazine bulk pack.  500 rounds for about $55.  It looks exactly like SK standard but with a lot more wax lube all over it.  

I also got a brick of the NormaUSA TAC-22 in.  I haven't shot either yet.

Seeing some CCI standard, and the cheap bulk federal showing up online too.  

I still will not deal with ammofast though.  They have over priced ammo they hoarded available.

It's back. And they raised the limit to 1000 rds. That helps on the shipping.

I do believe that Mid South is the  distributer for this ammo.
