LPA elevation screw

The bottom three threads on the rear sight elevation screw of my LPA rear sight are stripped. As a result when I have my sight set the way I like the screw pops out and hits me in the eye,
Does anybody know where a new one can be found?
I have already checked the Brownells site and the LPA site.
