Where to get Matchdot elevation caps?

Hi all,

I lost one of my elevation caps for my Matchdot. Does anyone know where I can get spare parts for the Ultradot Matchdot? Particularly a spare cap for the elevation screw...?

I'm in NJ and it would be great to get this local, but I have no problem ordering from the web.
