Hornady and Zero 148 gr HBWC

I bought some of each and found quite a difference
Hornady's measure .358 at the top and .355 at the hollow base end
Zero's measured .360 at both ends
Why such a difference between the two ? How would these differences affect accuracy ?

I don't understand why there is such a difference in measurements between these two.

I just measured a dozen Zeros from a new box of 500. Every one is .358 or .357.5 ?
I did not find a .360 in the dozen. Wipe the lube junk off before you place your calipers on the body.

Have to clean them first.guarantee they are not .360!
