Aguila in a 41? Any reviews?

Does anyone here shoot Aguila Super Extra Standard Velocity .22LR ammunition on a regular basis in a Smith and Wesson Model 41? I have a shooter friend that uses a Mod 41 and was curious about that Ammo. He asked me and said I would ask here. I also told him he needs to join this forum if he’s going to continue to shoot. This is a good source of info. 

So is it reliable? Accurate?

Accurate?  Yes.  Reliable?  Not in my 41.  I’ve quit buying it.

Jam fodder in my two M41's and a M46.  My two cents....other than the price, and sometimes it's availability, I have not found anything worthwhile about Aguila.

Gave up on it in the 41. Nelson likes it. As does a Buckmark I have but 41 is a no go.

It's a no go in my 41. Ok in my ruger 3 but for training only.

It runs 100% in my 41.

Very comparable in accuracy to CCI SV in my Marvel. No duds. No alibis. A little hotter than CCI--needs about 3 clicks down on my UD to match 50yd CCI zero. Good value.

Very accurate in my A series 41. Also tried subsonic and runs ok with an occasional stove pipe.

I have boxes of older Eley primed Aguila, and it is excellent in my 41. I have not tried the newer Aguila with their own priming in my 41, however others at my club have no complaints with the newer Aguila primed SE.

Old and new Aguila prime are one and the same.. they bought the older eley prime system a number of years back.. there was a guy on rimfirecentral who cut open Several cases and the priming appeared to be the same
