Eley Jacketed bullets??

Since starting to buy from KSS I've seen a lot of new Eley products. They've got 124gr 9mm bullets for $90/k which seems like a good deal. I'm curious if they make them or shop them out.

I've just recently heard about RMR bullets but am impressed with their offerings for the price, not a whole lot more than lead bullets. The action shooters seem to love them.
