+1 on the bag and box. They also fit well with a camp chair, soft sided cooler in one of the rolling carts you often see.

Excellent advice for your competitors.

They will have tweaked their back and shoulders trying to powerlift their gear out of the trunk.  If you are lucky maybe the will squish their hand between their overweight box and a table or dropped it on their toe.  A little forearm muscle tear or swollen trigger finger, or even better, a twisted elbow would really be helpful, too.

After all, the lower their score, the better yours looks!

The plus of having a cart is if you travel to an unfamiliar range, you don't know what the parking is like. You might have a modest trek to the firing line. Also if staying at a hotel you can pile on your luggage too. I have never been asked," whats in the cart?". Thats another reason I don't put stickers on my box. But that is another story.

My Strong box weighs 15# empty with scope holder and drawer liners. A Midway large bag, with rubber/foam pistol holder weighs 4#. Now, if I could only drop 11# from my beer gut.
