Great 2700 Match in Superior, Wisconsin Today

Great match, great weather and we'll run at the JohnWinter Ambridge match in Superior Wisconsin today.

Family obligations made me miss both the Superior and the match on Sat in Hibbing.

Great to hear that Bullseye is alive and well in northern Wisconsin. My wife and I will be retiring to that area in the next year or so and I thought I was going to be leaving BE behind when we do. Any info on BE clubs or a site where I can check on matches/clubs in the great north woods would be greatly appreciated.

Good to hear we'll be getting another shooter up here.

As far south as Hayward and as far north as Superior. Lots of homes for sale to look at in that area. My wife has to find something that tickles her fancy. We have quite a few friends that live in the Hayward area and that might be the deciding factor in where we move. I know I'll have to travel some to shoot but that will not be a problem.

No problem.  I know of at least one person who is talking (let me stress TALKING) about building a bullseye range in the Exeland area.  Not sure if it will happen.  Rice Lake has a new indoor 25 yard range.  Ladysmith/Rice Lake has an active indoor bullseye league that shoot at Josie Park.

The Superior range is nice.  A Throwback to how it used to be with manual target turning system.  Range faces south so no sun in your eyes.  Solid tables and you stand on blacktop.  The firing points are not covered but you can park within 5 feet of where you shoot.
