I fixed the problem by tossing out all 38 Super Comp cases.  FWIW my 25 yard brass is mixed.  Not Super and Super Comp but assorted 38 Super headstamp.  Don't like spending my loading time extracting stuck cases from the size die.  Slow fire brass is new Starline 38 Super.

.38 Super Comp works best when using a .380 ACP shell holder

I use a 223 shell plate on my Dillon 550 when loading 38 Comp brass. Never had a stuck case.
