Just looking for a recommendation for a good source of once Fired Brass. Specifically 38 special at the moment, but more down the line I'm sure.

What about Starline?  It is new and a little more, but at least it is quality, and if you are shooting low velocity loads it should last forever.

Unfortunately 38 special from revolvers doesn't tend to hit the ground!

I have considered buying new Starline brass too. Just looking for 250-500 pieces anyways.

Have had good luck with once Fired. Do a good inspection when I get them and doubt I'm good enough to tell the difference. Figure I'll use these to find out if I'm good enough to need new brass!

I have the following available:
349 once fired Starline.
100 new in bag Starline
100 new in bag Winchester (older blue bag)

$80 shipped in a flat rate box.

For $10 more I have some new in bag 357s if you want those too.
