Red stripe box CCI SV problems

I'm wondering if it is just bad luck, or has anyone else noticed a drop in the reliability of the new CCI SV 22LR?  I'm talking about the newer stuff that has a red stripe on the box with "TARGET" printed on it.  I have a decent quantity and in my first brick I've had 7 failures to fire, mostly from a single box with a few others randomly.  It is not the gun either.  The cases show good, deep firing pin strikes.  If I rotate the case in the chamber so the firing pin will hit a different spot on the rim; it usually fires.  But that's of no use during competition.  I've heard complaints from other bullseye shooters about this red stripe ammo.  The older solid blue boxes didn't have this problem.  What's happened to their quality control?  Might as well be using Remington Thunderdud. 
Is this new stuff made in China?   

No problems with my lot. Several got relief From CCI when they switched over earlier.

Contact CCI. Hopefully their customer service is still as good as it used to be.

It's not just you. While I haven't had failure to fire, there is a noticeable difference in accuracy with the new mfg stuff.

Yes, several. Cost me an alibi last week.

I bought 1000 rounds last summer from the CCI website. I use them in competition. Knock on wood, but I have not had one failure to fire yet. Accuracy is great as my average keeps climbing. Before I tried these I have always used Aguilla standard velocity which I have great Luck with also. I am using a Clark Custom Mark 3 22/45.

I returned 2 cases of red stripe for replacement last year free shipping both ways.No problem, although I have not machine rested for accuracy.

I bought a case of the 100rd packed stuff a month ago and the accuracy in my Victors is outstanding.  Better than my Aguila SV or Bullseye X.

the issue I had with CCI was not with accuracy but under powered rounds not working the slide.
