Kensight has a complete replacement for the Colt arco.
Colt Accro Style Kensight Sight with Square Blade


This is the replacement blade for their sight, it says 
"this is the same dimensions as the original Colt Accro sight, it was specifically designed for the Kensight branded Colt Style sight."
