Grooveless 45acp 200gr Hi-Tek?
Does anyone have experience with using Missouri Bullets grooveless 200gr SWC for 45acp?

Not MB- but I just received some that are similar from Donnie Summers:

Hopeful to get to them in the back half of the year. Maybe a little too much bullet for indoor, but that's where they will get their start with me.

What makes you say it's too much for indoor?
I exclusively use 200gr SWC indoor at 50ft and 25yd.

My apologies- I am trying to highlight that it is not necessary to use such a heavy bullet at 50". You, and others, may find using smaller weight, and smaller powder charge, bullets will work just fine at 50".
If you use just such a weight, please continue. I was merely trying to highlight that no one need use a 200gr bullet to be successful indoors at 50".

Oh I see. No worries.
I've messed around with 185gr hollow points (same outer profile as the 200gr). I constantly have failure to feed issues with them. The nose gets stuck on the joint of the feed ramp between the barrel and frame. I suppose a button nose would work fine, I just haven't tried them. I found a 200gr load that works beautifully every time and just haven't messed with changing anything.

MB match grove less 158 SWC is great to use, if I didn't cast my own that's all I would shoot.

Been shooting DG Bullets 200gn SWC for several years now. Very nice folks there. These have no groove also. Could give them a try if your so inclined.

I have a great many of these that I bought at the front end of the C19 event but have never gotten around to trying as I haven't gotten through my stash of Zeros for lead loads. Have you tested the DG 200grs for accuracy by chance?

I have not shot them from a rest or anything like that. But for me they are plenty accurate.
