Is there a 2x power pistol red dot on the market ? Empty Is there a 2x power pistol red dot on the market ?

Does any one know if there is a 2x or 3x power red dot that can be used on a pistol. Has to have the correct eye Relif for a pistol. If so please list brand and model. Thanks. Marty

No, the only way to get a compact optic with magnification is through prismatic lenses, and prism optics have intrinsically short eye relief.

Truglo made a 2X42 red dot 2.5 min. dot. Supposedly unlimited eye relief. Friend of mine had one on a turkey gun. Stood up to 3 1/2” magnums ok.

I was was wondering about that 2x42 turkey red dot. If it had unlimited eye relief. Maybe some more people would comment on that. Thanks. Marty

I'd be more concerned about parallax.
