50 yard hold over? Empty 50 yard hold over?

I have a local match this Sunday and will be using my new Springfield Range Officer. I'm going to an indoor range tomorrow to sight it in for 25 yards which is their limit. Using iron sights with a center bull hold and 185 LWCHP at 780fps how much higher do think I should hold at 50 yards if dead on at 25 yards? Thanks.

I can't speak for the click adjustments on the Springfield RO. On my hardball gun with the Bomar sight, it is 4 clicks difference when shooting wadcutter loads.

Come up 3 clicks, and shoot the long line; drop three when you move to 25.
