Benelli 95E rear sight

Hello Benelli 95E owners. Can anyone please tell me how to replace the rear sight (19). I have removed (16) out. With (22) grabbing (19) I need to pull (21) out, I think I need to unscrew (22) but it wouldn't budge. Am I doing it correctly? Thanks for your help.
