Loose S&W rear sight blade fix?

I just noticed the rear sight blade on my S&W Model 15 has some side to side play. Is there any way to fix it? If so, how?

You can buy the kit that has a new blade with the windage screw and nut. The nut is staked and you break the old windage screw to get it out. I replaced the one on my Model 19 because it was bent and wobbly. The new one has some play but I was told that was normal.

Kit is pretty inexpensive. But I have had better luck just getting a whole new sight for 50 ish then the kit for 16. But I have big hands that don't like little screws.

I had a similar problem on my Model 14 K38. The new windage adjustment screw requires a special tool that Brownells sells. I made my own from a small cheap flat blade screwdriver using a dremal tool.
