Triple K magazines ???

Just picked up a Supermatic Citation 107.  What is the quality of the KKK mags?  Should I stick to OEM mags for any reason and if so, are there different vintages of the original equipment mags?

Bought 2 about a week ago for my Victor, so far they work fine. Had to clean and lube them when I got them, about $40 each, couldn't find any OEM in that price range.

I understand the KKK magazines have not been hardened. This coud have changed in the last couple years.

There is a guy Alan Aronstien that worked for High Standard most of his life. He sells the top made magazines. $10.00 more than wingnut paid, but the best.

Brownells carries IAC magazines - these are Aronstien's magazines. I understand they are manufactured by Triple K, but with the mag lips heat treated to High Standard specifications.

The “Triple K” refer to the three children of the founder, Kim, Kurt and Karen.  I think the Krasnes would be aghast at the misconception that they had anything in common with the other group.  I believe they are Jewish.
